During my tenure as a Mechanical Engineer at Pensar, I contributed to the engineering and design efforts for some of the world's leading companies. My role involved leveraging Solidworks to create innovative CAD designs tailored to the needs of Fortune 5 clients.
Meta Quest 3 Dock

Key Contributions:

  • Engineering and CAD Design: Utilized Solidworks to develop precise and efficient CAD designs for high-profile projects with Fortune 5 companies, ensuring that each design met the stringent requirements and expectations of our clients.

  • Meta Quest 3 Dock Development: Played a crucial role in the development of the Meta Quest 3 dock, where I handled prototype design, system architecture, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) for the Quest controller's wireless charging interface on the dock. This involved creating a seamless and efficient charging solution that enhanced user experience.

  • Collaboration with Manufacturers: Worked closely with Joint Development Manufacturer (JDM) partners to implement DFM principles. This collaboration led to effective design changes that optimized production processes and enhanced product quality.

My experience at Pensar allowed me to refine my skills in mechanical engineering and CAD design, while also strengthening my ability to collaborate with manufacturers to achieve optimal design outcomes.
