As an R&D Engineer at Werner Paddles, I was instrumental in designing some of the best paddles in the industry, utilizing my expertise in advanced composites and cutting-edge technology to enhance product performance and manufacturing processes.

Key Contributions:

Innovative Design: Designed industry-leading paddles and manufacturing tooling fixtures using SolidWorks, applying my knowledge of advanced composites to create products that set new standards in quality and performance.
Advanced Manufacturing Techniques: Utilized Mastercam and operated a variety of CNC machines, including Haas and Onsrud, to machine molds and other essential manufacturing tooling. This hands-on approach ensured precision and efficiency in production.
Rapid Prototyping and Iteration: Leveraged rapid prototyping technologies, such as 3D printing and composite techniques, to quickly iterate and refine product designs, enabling swift improvements and innovation.
Operational Efficiency: Worked directly with production teams on a daily basis to enhance operations and efficiency. I managed multiple projects under strict deadlines, consistently reporting progress to the head of engineering to ensure alignment with company goals.
